Little Guests Event Childcare runs a staffed children's space beside your reception, anywhere in Metro Atlanta, through dinner, speeches and dancing. Children get games, crafts and somewhere calm to stop when they have had enough; the adults get to finish a conversation. Reception cover uses the same wedding package rates, starting at $300 for up to five hours, with late-night care available.

Pricing
Priced by how many little guests you have.
Reception Childcare uses our published wedding package rates. Each price below is the total for the package, covering up to 5 hours of on-site care — not a per-child or per-hour rate.

Additional hours are $35/hr per caregiver. Care past midnight adds $100 per caregiver. The first 25 miles are included, then $0.75 per mile. Holiday and peak-season dates add 20%.

Can care run past midnight?
Yes. Care continuing after midnight adds $100 per caregiver, which is shown on your quote before you book.
What happens when a child has had enough?
There is always somewhere quieter to go. Part of the reason a staffed space works better than an unattended corner is that a tired child has a caregiver with them rather than a parent being fetched from the dance floor.
Do you travel to our location?
Yes — we are based in Dallas, Georgia and travel across Metro Atlanta and the surrounding areas. The first 25 miles are included, and beyond that a travel fee of $0.75 per mile applies. It appears on your quote before you commit to anything.
Who will be looking after our children?
Caregivers who are CPR and First Aid certified and background checked. Little Guests Event Childcare is fully insured, and that cover applies on your site.
How do we confirm the booking?
A 50% deposit secures your date and the balance is due 7 days before the event. We provide a written contract that must be signed to confirm, so nothing is held on a handshake.
