Wedding Day Childcare in Metro Atlanta
Little Guests Event Childcare provides on-site childcare at your wedding venue anywhere in Metro Atlanta, so the parents on your guest list can watch you get married instead of watching the door. We arrive before your guests, set up a supervised space at the venue, and stay through the parts of the day where small children and long ceremonies do not mix. Wedding packages start at $300 for one to five children and cover up to five hours.

Pricing
Priced by how many little guests you have.
Wedding Day Childcare uses our published wedding package rates. Each price below is the total for the package, covering up to 5 hours of on-site care — not a per-child or per-hour rate.

Additional hours are $35/hr per caregiver. Care past midnight adds $100 per caregiver. The first 25 miles are included, then $0.75 per mile. Holiday and peak-season dates add 20%.

About wedding day childcare.
When during the day should the care start?
Most couples start cover shortly before the ceremony and run it through photographs, when children are least able to wait and parents are most needed elsewhere. Tell us your running order and we will build the hours around it.
Where at the venue does it happen?
Wherever your venue can give us — a side room, a marquee, a quiet corner of the reception space. We bring the setup with us, so it does not need to be a dedicated children's room.
Do you travel to our location?
Yes — we are based in Dallas, Georgia and travel across Metro Atlanta and the surrounding areas. The first 25 miles are included, and beyond that a travel fee of $0.75 per mile applies. It appears on your quote before you commit to anything.
Who will be looking after our children?
Caregivers who are CPR and First Aid certified and background checked. Little Guests Event Childcare is fully insured, and that cover applies on your site.
How do we confirm the booking?
A 50% deposit secures your date and the balance is due 7 days before the event. We provide a written contract that must be signed to confirm, so nothing is held on a handshake.
